Efficiency
improvements to the workforce development system cannot be achieved
without being able to clearly demonstrate outcomes across various
funders, their grantees, sectors, and employers. Tracking impacts of
investments in workforce development is currently a challenge because
funders do use the same measure of success. The Performance
Management Committee is working
toward the adoption of an integrated system for members and their
grantees to measure the value of their individual and combined efforts.
